A service address and a court address can be different places. Identify each step in your matter so the documents, instructions and return materials stay together.
Explore all servicesServe prepared documents
Provide the document packet, recipient details, full service address and deadline. Process-serving rates include up to four attempts; work ends when service is completed. Identify any required service documents and return instructions with the request.
Arrange a court handoff
Name the court, department and case reference for filing, courtesy-copy delivery or records retrieval. Filing and courtesy copies are separate tasks. Include the prepared documents, requested fee advances and the receipts or copies you need returned.
Brief an on-site assistant
For a site visit or runner assignment, provide a defined checklist, access contact, requested time window and expected photographs, notes or handoff records. Scope, hourly charges and expenses are confirmed for the request.
Check your location & price.
Check service availability and address-based pricing. Due-date tiers do not guarantee attempt or completion timing.
ZIP checks stay on this site. Street addresses are sent to the U.S. Census Geocoder to estimate urban or rural location. Final address classification is checked in the portal before payment.
Postal data: GeoNames. Address estimate: U.S. Census Bureau.

ZIP codes can contain both urban and rural locations. A full street address supports a Census-based estimate. Final address classification is checked in the portal before payment.
Requested due-date pricing
Routine covers due dates seven or more calendar days away; Rush covers three to six days; Same-Day covers today through two days away, in Pacific time. These are pricing bands, not a guarantee of a first-attempt time or completed service.
Separate service and third-party costs
Court, witness and other requested fee advances are separate from the service rate. Include the needed advance and check quantity in the request. Review available extras and printing charges with the uploaded packet.
Use the court’s current instructions.
For court work, verify the courthouse, department and filing or delivery requirements for your matter. The California Courts directory links to each county’s official Superior Court website.

County pages bring city shortcuts and official court resources together. Include the exact destination and the requested return materials with your prepared packet.
Your legal adviser or the court determines the legal requirements. Court acceptance, access to records and successful service are separate outcomes from arranging a request.
California service questions.
All questionsDoes a service request guarantee successful delivery?
No. The request and its price do not guarantee successful service, a particular court outcome or a first-attempt time. Provide the exact deadline and instructions; the team confirms any arrangements that need review.
Are all California addresses priced the same?
No. Regular and remote or rural destinations have different rates. Use the full service address for an estimate, and review the classification and itemized fees in the portal.
What records will I receive?
Available service documents, filing results, delivery confirmations or on-site records are shared for the completed work. Specify any required proof-of-service form, filing instruction or requested return copy when preparing the assignment.
