- Your requested deadline
Four steps.
Nothing left to guess.
From sign-in to the service record, keep the details and next steps together. Here is how a request moves forward.
- 1
Start in the client portal.
Sign in or create an account, then choose the service. Complete the case details, location, deadline and requested documents. If the work has several parts, explain the sequence.
You provide: service, case details and documents. - 2
Review the request and fees.
Choose any relevant add-ons and continue to Review & pay. Eligible fixed-price requests can proceed to checkout; other requests go to the team for review. Follow the next step shown for your request.
Before proceeding: check the details and applicable fees. - 3
Follow the work.
The team coordinates the assignment and shares relevant updates. Your client workspace keeps requested materials and the case information you have access to in one place.
You see: the updates shared for your matter. - 4
Receive the record.
Review the results and available deliverables, whether that is service documentation, a filing result, a delivery record or retrieved documents.
You receive: the reviewed outcome and available documents.
A little preparation.
A clearer start.
Have the service location, document readiness and deadline to hand. Include your instructions and the documents or records you need returned, so the team can plan the work with you.

with the matter.
Your client workspace brings requested materials, shared updates and reviewed deliverables together. Use the email associated with an existing matter, and ask the team if its access is missing.

All questionsWhat happens when I submit a service request?
Eligible process-serving and court or document-support requests can proceed to checkout at the published rate. Rush or Same-Day timing does not itself require a manual quote. Requests with a review requirement, such as Remote Assistant or a partner-service inquiry, go to the team for confirmation. Creating an account alone does not submit a request, and payment does not guarantee a successful outcome.
Can I request more than one service?
Yes. Describe the steps you need, such as court filing followed by courtesy copy delivery. Each part of the work will be clarified so the destinations, timing and deliverables are clear.
How do I share confidential documents?
Provide the documents requested in the portal’s service form. For an existing matter, follow the sharing instructions associated with that matter or another channel agreed with your Affid team. Keep case documents out of general support messages.
