All questions
What should I include in my first request?

Select Request service, then sign in or create an account in the client portal. Choose the service and complete the case details, location, deadline and requested documents. Add any relevant add-ons, then review the request and fees before proceeding.

What happens when I submit a service request?

Eligible process-serving and court or document-support requests can proceed to checkout at the published rate. Rush or Same-Day timing does not itself require a manual quote. Requests with a review requirement, such as Remote Assistant or notarization, go to the team for confirmation. Creating an account alone does not submit a request, and payment does not guarantee a successful outcome.

Can I request more than one service?

Yes. Describe the steps you need, such as court filing followed by courtesy copy delivery. Each part of the work will be clarified so the destinations, timing and deliverables are clear.
