Start with a short brief.
Start with the service you need, where it needs to happen and any relevant deadline. If you are unsure which service fits, compare the service descriptions or ask the team about the practical task.
Select Request service to open the client portal. Sign in or create an account, then continue to the service form. Creating an account alone does not submit a service request.
- The service or a brief description of the task
- City, state and the intended destination
- Any deadline, including the date and time
- A contact who can clarify the instructions
Gather the working details.
For process serving, have the prepared documents and recipient information available. In the portal, choose the service, then add the case details, location, deadline and documents requested by the form. Keep each packet with the request it belongs to.
- The prepared document packet
- Recipient name and supplied service address
- Relevant deadline and handling instructions
- Any useful information for arranging an attempt
Connect any related steps.
If your request includes more than one service, describe the order of the work. For example, a document pickup followed by local filing and courtesy copy delivery has separate destinations and outcomes.
Flag which steps depend on an earlier result, who can answer questions and which documents or confirmations you expect back.
Know what happens next.
After the case details and documents, choose any relevant add-ons and continue to Review & pay. Check the service, recipient, address, deadline and fees before proceeding. Eligible fixed-price requests can proceed to checkout; other requests go to the team for review.
Follow the next step shown in the portal. A price estimate or requested deadline does not itself confirm scheduling or successful service. The team confirms any arrangements that need further review.
