Separate timed work from address changes
Stakeout for service is billed at $80 per hour, with a $100 Rush surcharge or $150 Same-Day surcharge when that timing applies. Agree on the location and time budget. A later process-serving address change carries a $70 fee. Contact the team to change an existing assignment; this is not an add-on to select when placing the initial request.
Describe the supporting tasks
The published skip-trace fee is $80 per recipient for process-serving work. For subpoena, witness, court or government fees, enter the advance amount and the number of checks needed. The total includes the full advance plus $15 per check, collected with your service payment. Printing is calculated from uploaded document page counts: the first 50 pages are included, then $0.25 per additional page. There is no separate manual printing quantity to enter. If a document’s page count cannot be confirmed automatically, follow the review step shown in the portal.
- Identify each additional task rather than combining it into an unexplained total.
- Enter applicable hours, recipients, the requested advance and the number of checks; upload the document packet for page counting.
- Ask which charges and third-party amounts remain to be confirmed for the assignment.
