Change an address, deadline or instruction

Explain what changed and confirm how it affects the agreed work.

Maintained by AffidUpdated

Make the change specific

Contact your Affid team when an instruction for an existing assignment changes. Identify the matter and distinguish the new information from the earlier instructions. An updated address, a replacement document packet, a revised deadline and an additional service can affect different parts of the plan, so say exactly what needs review.

Keep the original and revised instructions clear

Use the workspace or sharing method arranged by the team for detailed instructions and documents. A general support email can identify the matter and explain that you need to make a change without containing the confidential packet itself.

  1. State the matter reference and which part of the current instructions needs to change.
  2. Provide the revised location, date or handling requirement through the agreed channel, with the exact deadline when relevant.
  3. Ask the team to confirm the revised scope, availability and any additional fees before relying on the change.

Check the effect on the assignment

Sending new instructions does not itself confirm revised arrangements. The published pricing includes an address-change fee for process serving; other changes depend on the work requested. If you are adding filing, delivery or on-site tasks, explain the order they need to happen in and which earlier result they depend on.
