Give the actual deadline
Tell the team when the work is needed, including the date and time. A hearing, appearance or production date may differ from the deadline for the requested service, so identify each relevant date in your instructions. Also explain when the prepared documents will be available; a deadline alone does not describe when an attempt can be arranged.
Review the due-date price and request
Your requested due date selects the pricing tier using calendar days in America/Los_Angeles. Rush applies to dates 3–6 days away; Same-Day applies to today or dates within 2 days. Eligible requests can proceed to checkout without a manual quote solely because of the expedited tier. Another requirement, such as an unresolved address, may still require review. Creating an account or checking a price does not submit the service request.
- State the service, recipient location and exact deadline, with any separate appearance or production date.
- Confirm when the complete document packet will be ready and how it will reach the team.
- Provide a contact available to clarify the instructions and confirm the arrangements.
Check what has actually been arranged
Check the proposed timing, scope and fees, including any separately scheduled stakeout. If the deadline or document readiness changes after your request, tell the team so it can review the plan. Refer to the request confirmation and the team’s instructions; a website estimate alone does not establish that an attempt has been scheduled.
