I haven’t received an invitation

Check the intended email address and ask the team to help you connect.

Start with the intended email address

New clients can register when starting a service request; an invitation is not required just to create an account. If the team has arranged an invitation for an existing matter, check the email address it was intended for. A personal address and a work address are different destinations, even when both belong to you. Check earlier correspondence or ask the person coordinating the assignment which address they provided.

Look for the invitation

Search the intended inbox for Affid and check spam or junk. If you find the invitation, follow the access instructions provided there. Use the invited address when opening client login. The public website’s workspace illustration is a sample; it cannot show whether an invitation was sent to you.

  1. Confirm the email address the team should use, including its spelling and domain.
  2. Check that inbox and its spam or junk folder for the invitation.
  3. If it is still missing, prepare a message asking the team to check your access.

What to include when asking for help

Provide your name, the email address you expected the invitation at and a non-confidential matter reference, if available. You do not need to send case documents, a password or a sign-in link. This help center does not resend invitations automatically; the team will confirm the next step.
