Use the email associated with your account
New clients can register through the service request entry point. Existing clients should sign in with their account email. For an existing matter, use the address associated with that matter or its invitation. Creating a separate account does not transfer access to an existing matter or change its contact email.
Follow the access instructions
Open client login and follow the sign-in instructions. If the team sent an invitation for a matter, follow those access instructions using the intended address. The marketing website’s tabs and sample report are illustrations, not your account. Actual information depends on the matters you have access to and the materials available for them.
- Identify your account email, or the address named in an invitation for an existing matter.
- Sign in with that address and follow any access instructions supplied for the matter.
- If you can enter but a matter is missing, ask the team to check that matter’s access.
Describe where you are getting stuck
When requesting help, say whether you cannot complete registration or sign-in, are missing an expected invitation, or can sign in but cannot find a matter. Include the account email and any general message you see. Keep passwords, sign-in links and confidential case information out of the support message.
