Common questions

About this example.

All questions
Is this a real report?

No. It’s an example: the names, case, address, coordinates and dates are made up, and the registration number is hidden.

Where do I see my own report?

In your client workspace, under the matter. Attempts and updates appear as the work happens, and the signed proof of service is added when it’s ready.

Why a photo of the door?

From January 1, 2027, California requires a photo of the site of each attempt on the proof of service, stamped with the date, time and GPS coordinates. At a home, it shows the door.
